I'm answering the two questions in one answer as the last one kinda mixes the first one.
I'd love to be the founder of something similar to the Pokkén Tournament, a large tournament where Pokémon from all around the world can come in to fight in a tournament and show off their fighting skills. Fights would follow a specific set of rules: Only contact moves are allowed, long-range moves like Earthquake and such are banned. Abilities are disabled during fights as to not give others like Nidoking an advantage on their opponents. As I'm not sure if we could afford to hand out prizes for winners of the tournaments, it would be mostly for fun and for fighters to show off to the public. Besides being the founder, I'd want to participate in fights myself. I'd wear a simple wrestling costume similar to the one in the picture.
