Special w/ Aura Sphere seems like it would be Lucario's typical means of attack. For Mega Lucario, it's pretty obvious that physical is the answer as far as theme goes. If this wasn't 'Close Combat' in the anime then I don't know what is.
Korrina is kind of a retard though, as her Lucario in the game and anime knows Metal Sound (SpDef -2) but physical moves like Bone Rush and Power-Up Punch.
