I really only pop in here when I'm especially bored. Pokeboy threads are few and far between, die extremely easily, and even rarer are my favorite boys posted since they're literally whos. I also swore off social media and now I use this place as my main source of news, especially relating to Pokemon Masters datamines. Finding a good Pokemon community is hard because of all the autism that clashes with mine in the wrong ways and mental illness the game attracts. It's either weirdo furries who get too emotional about PMD, mentally unstable teenagers projecting nonsensical identity headcanons onto their favorite characters, or salty older fans that hate where the series is going and want to complain. Dex cuts fragmented the fandom worse than I've ever seen in my decade being here and it's changed the climate of the board to the point where people just want to masturbate and shitfling now. /vp/ has never been perfect or especially good but it's pretty awful right now. I also blame the lack of content to talk about and the pandemic making everyone a little nutty.
I also peek into the OC threads from time to time, but I never want to post there.
