I've got the Swampert I used in Sapphire, for some reason I seem to have lost the rest of my Sapphire team over time though. Still have my full team from Leaf Green though. My favorite is the Parasect I used named Mr.Mushrum because there wasn't enough space for Mushroom.
And yeah, I kinda feel you on not using them, but just having them around is good enough for me. I've been using superior pokemon since Diamond so I don't feel like I'm betraying my old bros for actual competitive pokemon. I just use their descendants from breeding and it's kind of like using my old bros vicariously through these new better pokemon.
