After animation is over, you do not keep the ralts. Wally gives you running shoes which is great because fuck walking. Continue going right and you find a pokemon center with what appears to be a tollbooth of some kind beside it.
You choose between looking at a clock, the map, play the lottery or teleport to an area on the map. Teleport does not work as of this moment, probably unlocked later on.
This hack seems promising, will continue tomorrow.
