>>35287601I think every starter is at the very least "good," even the unpopular ones. But Gen 7 starters leave the most bitter taste in my mouth after the dust has settled though, and I really hope Gen 8 makes some great starters again. Particularly, I'm hoping for more animal-ish starters again instead of heavily anthropomorphized concepts implanted into animal bases. People who say that Incineroar looks like a guy in a fursuit, that Decidueye looks like a school shooter, etc. are absolutely correct and I just want starters to feel like creatures again instead of people.
