Give it abilities that suit it's species like Super Luck, Sniper and Swarm and coverage should be Superpower,Shadow Sneak,Rock Slide,Stone Edge,Dig,Drill Run,Cross Poison, and Poison Jab (since a stab from it's Proboscis can sting really badly. Dat anti-Fairy coverage too). Its best status moves would be Sticky Web,Swords Dance,Hone Claws, Taunt, and Focus Energy.
