There's a few fishermen here, one will trade you a Pincurchin for a Pyukumuku, both of which are found via rock Smash on different sides of Hoenn.

One sells the Gems from Gen V, the other sells some Misc items, everstones, round stones to name notable items. Possibly costumes if we are able to implement it. I haven't taken a look at the code for that addon yet.

Old man gives you an Item that powers up each Regi's respective moves once you show it to him. Side Quest to bring a Smeargle to the old man's wife.
>Berry House
Can buy some rare berries here. There's a berries that aren't found growing in Hoenn that can be bought from NPCs, the Ganlon Berry, Salac Berry Petaya Berry, Apicot Berry, and Enigma Berry can be bought for 15000 poke (reflecting the price in Coliseum/XD). The Ganlon and Enigma berries can be bought here.
>Regi Statue Plaza
Sprites are placeholders for Eletrik and Draco, which are also found in Hoenn. Inspired by Eterna City's statue.
