If anything, the scientist in question would hate all the outlaw and wild Pokémon that engage in such questionable activity due to him being raised to think that they're all evil. He'd probably even hate the police mons, too. He's a prude who hates debauchery, fathering a halfmon would go against everything he believes in! If you forced him to breed and create an army of them, you'd eventually end up breaking both him in both body and spirit...
