It's not your fault you have a disability, OP, but you really need a network of support. Please try to surround yourself with friends and family who you can talk with any time you need to about anything that might be running through your mind, that way someone can be there to moderate you if you need it and keep you from making poor decisions.
Seriously, not everyone on this website is cruel, OP. A lot of us genuinely care about people with your condition.
