Animation was good, scenes were good, details were good. Especially considering at the time, we were still stuck in sword/shield. Horrible time for the series, but seeing something produced with some genuine love towards it really reminded me that I do still like pokemon, despite everything.
Even now, watching it makes me wish I could feel any of the same amount of care from the mainline.
