Just for breeding purposes, I'd like at least one 5IV or even 6IV Ditto. Outside of pure luck, hacking, or pokebank (shut up) is there any way to get it in X/Y?
Or do I just wait for somebody to get bored and clone a bunch of 5IV dittos and hand them out like candy and hope I'm around for the "event"?
I'm a fledgling breeder and I want to kickstart the process.
