Magnemite can get the largest speed boost, but it doesn't match a Magneton with no ribbon.
Same for a 2000 hours Magneton against a Magnezone which isn't eligible for a ribbon speed boost (it still gets the +8 carry capacity).
Raenonx has been updated to account for this but not sure how accurate it is.
I don't yet know or understand how the Good-Night Ribbon helping speed bonuses factor in with the 35% cap that apply to subskill speed bonuses.
