I'm playing HeartGold and want to breed an Aron with Head Smash, the easier way would be to transfer a Cranidos that knows said move, breed him with an Aron and be done with it, but I can't do that, so my only option is doing the Smeargle/Sketch method, so I wanted to ask if anyone here knows of an NPC that uses a pokémon with Head Smash in HG?
