Fluttermane resorting to all kinds of low tricks and manipulations to emotionally abuse her new trainer (she let herself to be captured) and "feeding off" these emotions (as in emotional/ psychic in nature, not like actual food) i.e. in this particular example with the artwork she let herself to be hit because she knew the trainer would immediately regret and self-loather himself into a shame abyss and she would enjoy every little bit of this emotional rollercoaster. Written from her POV.
