As of gen 9 a Pokemon doesn't need to have any gems or crystals as shown with how Garchomp, Tyranitar, Hisuian Arcanine, Miraidon, and Ghouldengo can learn it via TM.

Hisuian Arcanine also went extinct. Why shouldn't a Pokemon be able to learn a certain move because "extinct shitmon that's weak to everything™ lol", much less one that has 80 BP with no secondary effects, on a Pokemon with 99 Special Attack and 58 Speed, on top of having one of the worst typings defensively? Contrarianism for the sake of it? Because quite a few people on here seemingly abhor the idea of fossil Pokemon being buffed. It's not like I want to make Aurorus banned from Ubers or anything.
