Just take a break. When facing losses frequently it's easy to get mentally burned out, which impairs decision-making and might lead to impatient and/or sub-optimal play.
Before you start screeching at me for accusing you of playing poorly or some bullshit, I'm not. I'm just saying take some time to calm the fuck down and recalibrate.
