Still have that doll, my son plays with it.
Anyway my favorite was Bulbasaur. The one in the anime had a good personality. I wanted the grass stater, but I ended up picking Cyndaquil. I think I did that because my cousin had a Feraligatr and I felt like I had to make some sort of rival, honor, statement?
First wild catch was a Ledyba.
