I was about to make a thread suggesting that all legendaries should have 5 or 6 perfect IVs, because you know, they're fucking legendary. Then I realized this isn't possible because it would block them from certain Hidden Powers, and things like needing 0 Attack or 0 Speed

Why is the IV system so shit?
