Look at every service ever that exists out there, they claim to care for customers and make improvements for them but most of the time of not all the time the improvements come after number of purchases/ratings/engagement start to drop. Pokemon NEVER drops, and often the same people who critique it still buy it again, and so they have no reason to change anything.
