>>42793095I actually like a lot of the pokemon this round that do feel like fakemon, since they're charming or well-designed, and some fakedexes do subscribe to the shape languages used, so it's not surprising. It's just this round especially failed to adhere to a lot of the old patterns, and some of the ones that do don't feel like they do it the same or well-enough, leading to the fakemon feel.
