There's zero exploration, the entire game is just doing story events in cities in a railroaded fashion and the campaign is hilariously short as a result, you can barely choose your party because the game only lets you use a bunch of Johto shitmons, and the story and difficulty are as shit as every other Pokemon game while being forced to sit through slow as fuck animations.

It takes 9 fucking seconds just to use a Bite attack when in Sword and Shield it takes maybe 2 seconds.
