I feel like a lot of hate comes from people who only played the demo version, saw there is no personality test (which was autistic as fuck anyway) and immediately wrote the game off.
Don't get me wrong, I still think Blue and Time were overall better games, but GtI was unique and innovative enough that it can stand on it's own. If Blue was 9/10 and Time 8/10, then Gates was definitely deserves a solid 7.
