Absolutely badass. Giant-ass dragon that uses sound to attack. Plus it has a really unique color scheme.

100% based. Favorite starter ever. If Pokémon ever became real, I would liquidate my assets, buy a plane ticket to Poké-Japan, go to Hoenn and get a Mudkip just so I could have Swampert. I'd be homeless and living in squalor abroad but it wouldn't matter since I'd have my bro with me.
