I changed Aurora Beam to Mudslide, removed Stone Edge from Penglacier levelup list, added Wake-Up Slap to Penglacier's level up list and Drill Peck + Roost to Penlgiff's level up list because I didn't see a reason why one could learn those moves and the other couldn't, to account for Pengliff getting two new moves by level up and to make it so there wasn't a 10 level gap between Penglacier's last two moves I changed the rat at which they learn moves to be similar to geodude/graveler. I also moved a few moves around, specifically moving Icicle Spear later because it seemed very strong in the demo.
