I'm kinda doing this. Culling a couple hundred (don't even know, maybe 300, maybe as low as 100) pokemon because another pokemon does its concept better, another pokemon has a fuller concept, its niche is better filled by somebody else, if it is just plain bad or if the pokemon doesn't fit into my concept of what pokemon could have been. This is what I have so far. Pretty much all the culling has been done. Might have a bit more but this is what I have.
