They only want to include the original Johto Dex Pokémon plus the expanded evolution families, and introduce new evolutions. As well as starter counter parts to match Hisuian Typhlosion. Apparently Sevii will also be accessible and give the player access to Regional Variants of Johto Dex Pokemon. The game won't be compatible with any other games though, and won't share the current generations gimmick, instead itll focus on retconning the shiny colors of Pokémon to be more methodic and include mega evolution as the gimmick.
