Yeah, not sure what that guy was pulling so here's the parameters of this survey.
There was a huge kerfuffle over penis coloured shinies being considered for the Mushroom Pokemon. Some people treated it as a joke, others really liked the idea, some people outright hated it. This survey was designed to settle that argument and stop it flaring up again. I'm assuming that major issues over shiny colouration will eventually go to survey anyway. This is just an attempt to stop the thread derailing to the level it did previously.
