I figured it was because most people only really care about singles, and that's reasonable (thankfully, some other doubles only moves like helping hand are reasonably distributed).
I looked over bulbapedia to see what kind of mons get it and at what level and made a list of suggestions.
Tell me what should and shouldnt be changed and why, please.
