>>24568215I'm really hoping you mean the new Ancient Trait Golurk, since all the other ones aren't exactly the best. If you are, here's the build I've personally been using. Golurk's a perfectly viable rogue and an extremely good beginner deck thanks to how cheap it is.
The mandatory cards are 4-4 Golurk, obvious, and then a mix of the new Eons so you can hit super effective against four or five different types (Vaporeon isn't very important since nothing good is weak to Water in Standard). You also need 4x Dimension Valley and DCE, otherwise Golurk won't get powered up fast enough. Other than that, just run staples and techs. I chose Deoxys as a secondary attacker because it hits for cheap with Dimension Valley, and drawing two can speed the deck up a bit.
One variant you can do is with 2-3 Blacksmith, since Flareon makes Golurk a fire type. You also get access to Scorched Earth, but my problem with it is that it takes too much set up and too much deck space since you also need Compressors. There also aren't many good Fire pivots to supplement Golurk.
Don't make the mistake of running Fighting Stadium, Strong Energy, or Muscle Band. With weakness, Golurk is one-shotting half the Pokemon in the game, and two-shotting the rest. An extra 20~60 damage won't magically change that outside of very situational cases.
It's okay if you don't have Shaymin, just up your draw trainers. And don't forget Golurk resists fighting, meaning he doesn't damage himself for his attack.
