If you pull for the current Red, Ash and Cynthia Master Fairs, adding them to the free story units and Legendaries, you could do at least the CS and a few rounds of LG.
You wouldn't be able to complete ALL the content, but like the other anon said, the current powercreep actually helps new users catch up.
