Since its one of the few Pokemon to get Power-Up-Punch by level up, that should be its main gimmick. PUP can be used at the end of combos and will give Crabominable an attack buff after each successful PUP executed. It will however loose its buffs when getting hit to balance it out. To make it stand out even more, make it so that Crabominable moves really slow going forwards/backwards and decently fast moving sideways.
It gets the usual physical fighting and ice moves, as for ranged moves it uses Ice Beam, Bubble Beam, Avalanche, Rock Slide, Focus Blast and Scald. Burst attack could be Sub-Zero Slammer or just plain old Ice Hammer.
Obviously Crabominable would be a Power character. HP-wise it would be above average, considering its base attack in the core games it should be up there with Machamp and Garchomp in the power departement. Defense should be below average though
