So what started out as a dumb little fusion of Charmeleon and Nidorino, somehow evolved into an amalgamation of several Gen 1 mons that basically were used to create an entirely new mon. It’s Pokedex entry says: “It believes that it is the best Pokémon of them all and that any new Pokémon to have been created or discovered after it are inferior. As such it will use it’s fairly average strength to berate and attack these new Pokémon. It travels in packs with other Genwinners of alternating colors to accomplish this.”
