Delphox needs a new signature move. Mystical fire ain't cutting it so I'm posting an old one:
Proxy
Fire/0 BP/ 10 PP
The pokemon casts a spell which burns the opponent's will power. 1/4th health damage over time is placed on the target until they switch out.
Essentially it's a very powerful DoT, gives Delphox an interesting niche.
