Mythicals should all be like Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, etc. where they all have 100 in each stat to make them good enough to be special, but not overwhelmingly good or unique so that it doesn't feel like a part of the game is being left out when you can't get them, and they shouldn't play any part of the story but still have neat lore. A pokemon like Darkrai should not be mythical. He has this whole cool story event and neat gimmick based around sleep. Making Deoxys legendary and obtainable in oras was the best thing oras ever did, because it also should not have been mythical.
