This guy's special attacks hit pretty hard, and he's got an excellent movepool. Being weak to sneaky stones and fairly slow does him no favors though. I actually had some success in Gen V with a Flame Charge set that patched up his speed. Probably would never work in today's priority: the game, the experience.
