I get that its fan art but its still her exact design & concept, and if Pokemon wasn't mainly a children's franchise it would almost certainly look more akin to this. Its part FAIRY, it wouldn't make sense for it to turn into some fat ass seal thing which we already have plenty of, if you're mad that it looks so feminine you just gotta get over it. Its a game. SR for a girl or simply don't use it and shut up.
