Having a weakness to 6 types, ice being among them is pretty crippling as many mons carry ice or fire moves as coverage. It's speed means that it can't switch in and outspeed the next turn and 112 attack is disappointing for its speed and bulk.
And design wise it doesn't look like a grass mon, I know those are supposed to be red leaves but without being distinctally drawn like leaves and on a bird pokemon they come off as red feathers.
