Here is my stock:

31 hp / d / spa / speed

All of the ditto's are japanese and I am basically trying to breed a timid shiny disable gastly with as many 31 IV's as possible, I have the destiny knot on a ditto and an everstone on the gastly male to pass down timid nature.
How can I improve my method? I really don't care about attack, I just need to breed into that gastly male 31 special defense.
