Along the way, he would acquire several Pokemon and friends. Traditionally, people who undertake Pokemon journeys have to walk everywhere, or else they are not allowed to participate in gym battles, leagues, contests, or anything else. Being in Arizona, he would have to walk through the desert to get anywhere, at least from where he starts. So he sets off, and along the way meets a Vibrava, whom he captures. He also gains a Primeape, an Eevee (which later evolves into Umbreon), a Lapras, and a Gengar. They all end up playing very important roles.
In the end, he must reach the syndicate and take it down - single-handedly. Uxie said that it must be done that way, or else he would fail. He could not inform the government or anyone else. At the climax, he will rediscover Mega Evolution, which was thought to be nothing more than a myth. But in this world, Mega Evolution does more than heighten Pokemon; it awakens something within the trainer as well. Gyms will be involved, mainly for Zenith to test his companion's strength - as well as his own. After the climax, (timing was right to wish for her back after regaining Jirachi, but it didn't work out for reasons I don't want to give away) Uxie informs him that Xerneas is real, not just legend, and that he may seek it out in order to restore life to his fiance, but tells him to "tread carefully". That is a goal that would be post-syndicate, basically a new story and plot that would develop.
The story will generally be actiony, with very dark parts, and comedy. I'd include art, basically like a manga. It just wouldn't be right without it.
I'm open to any suggestions, alterations, plot -holes you may find, questions, or anything. That's why I'm here. I want to really make it huge. It's my first time writing a fanfic.
