>>53400658I generally really like gen 5 sprites but there are some where I just wonder what the fuck they were thinking. My prime example being Arcanine. It looked so fucking good in HGSS but instead of using that as the base for the animated gen 5 sprite they instead went and made what I consider to be a vastly inferior sprite.
There are a bunch of gen 4 sprites I think would've been much better bases for the gen 5 sprites, like Platinum Tyranitar or HGSS Pidgeot, Gyarados, Lapras and Lugia.
