I think Drampa is fine, Feraligatr is a disaster though, the idea is there, the execution is just beyond terrible due to how the arms as the lower jaw work. It feels like they wanted to try the bulk upper strength that Mega Swampert has, with the Totodile Cape/Helmet Tank thing. At least then the arms being the lower jaw would be bigger and make more sense.
Also this is probably more like what Starmie should have been, maybe minus the pupil.
