So, I finally got a 5 perfect iv'd chlorophyll Bulbasaur with Giga drain for sweeping. (I also have some 4 iv'd ones hanging around if anyone wants to trade). My question is, it's hidden power is dragon-type. Would that be useful/viable at all? Why set should I settle for?
