In hindsight, it makes sense, STAB Crunch and SE Bulldoze do the same amount but Crunch is better for Def drops. But I wasn't sure what to do, so I ended up just taking out Krok with Boldore at quite low HP, leading to Onix. I swapped Sunflora, and the AI just decided to explode (????). Surprisingly didn't do much, though, and though I did risk a crit from Sandslash I Giga Drain'd to kill and got most of my health back. On Excadrill, I went for one Grasswhistle. It did land, dodging a Rock Slide flinch, had it not...probably would have had to bring in Watchog to try and land Hypnosis and sack if that failed, it's just straight outclassed by Raticate now. This was all to safely bring in Raticate who with Guts boosted Dig one shot.
>SkylaA bit stupidly, I didn't poison Raticate this time, since I thought Skyla would just bring in Skarmory after I killed Swoobat. I did lead Rat and kill Swoobat, but she went Swanna instead. Easy enough to readjust. I swapped in Watchog who managed to tank two Surfs barely and respond with a Normal Gem Return. On Sigilyph I swapped in Alomomola who easily bulked through and killed the thing, then Wished on Skarmory to safely bring in Flareon to kill.
Love how Watchog has refused to die every single time I've risked his ass, lmao

>>48697882The thing is that he's an RNG fest. You have to hope A. Geodude doesn't attack you before you can set up all the Hardens, B. you don't get crit, and C. you can proc poison on them fast enough. Thankfully he kind of doesn't like to attack? He tends to waste a lot of turns.
