Volo and Cynthia are basically just legally distinct Cynthia alts so they're almost guaranteed to be added. Other characters of interest we may see from PLA are Arezu, Melli, Ingo, and Sabi. That's what I predict.
But first they should add Kabu, Melony, and Klara already. Even Mustard would be based.
