It remains to be seen how more stylized characters like Iono, Geeta and Larry will look in Masters EX, but Nemona and many of SV's characters are modeled after a style that is what largely gives them their doll like appearance. The iris are more circular than ovoid and the eyes are smaller. The models also don't try to recreate the 2D art nearly as well as the models in Masters EX and past Pokemon games.
