This feud started Froakie versus Chespin, and in spite of all existing type effectiveness, it'll end exactly the same way.

With the attack blocked, Greninja kicks the mat and bashes Chesnaught's face in with it. The rogue then jumps back and awaits for the paladin's response, he doesn't have to wait long.

Chesnaught circumvents Greninja's strategy of staying far away by using a heavily buffed form of Pin Missile. Rather than shoot out shitty cacti-sized pins, Chesnaught bends over and deploys the mega-sized spikes off of his back. Greninja breaks off into a sprint.
