When that fanbase is decent and doesn't pull much annoying shit, as is the case of most Weezing fans, Grass, Bug and Ghost type lovers in general and other few groups, they don't get much hate directed to them.
And such is the case of Typhlosion and Feraligatr fans. From my experience, every single time I've seen a "Starter appreciation thread" up, there's always been a huge section dedicated to these two, mostly for the reasons stated here
