Yellow goes into Viridian Forest, shouting "I have to save Red and face full-life consequences!" but then gets sidetracked immediately and goes fishing, then I play as Pika some more.
I had to run back and forth like ten times until I found the SINGLE TILE that triggers the next cutscene. Pika walks across water, finds Bill, a Sandslash and Weezing appear and then disappear (I guess it's meant to be him pondering all the pollution) and then falls into the water and drowns.
Yellow runs and saves him, then a Seadra appears and attacks.
