Forget Gen 8 dynamax, forget Gen 7 Z moves, Gen 6 megas, Gen 5 hidden abilities and overall replacement of older mons with newer, better improvements, THIS item here ruined competitive Pokémon forever, along with the scarf and stealth cocks which were, surprise surprise, also introduced in Gen 4.
Gen 3 meta was PERFECT. Every Pokemon, unless it was straight up useless, had some sort of nice. Come Gen 4, OU/BL mons all drop immediately to NU.
